Yuri Calderon

  Yuri Calderon   serves as part-time CBO and Legal Counsel to both school districts (60% to Cold Spring and 20% to Vista Del Mar). Miller Calderon, Inc., is a facilities and business consulting firm that serves California school districts (K-14) with all facilities and business needs. I also have a law firm (Calderon Law) that periodically provides legal advice to California K-14 school districts.The work varies. I am currently leading labor negotiations for the Pleasanton Unified School District (Certificated). I also am consulting with the Sulphur Springs Union School District in Santa Clarita as Program Manager for the construction of two classroom buildings at two separate school sites.I provide them guidance with a variety of issues related to developer fees.
